国家主席习近平在给中国-阿拉伯国家合作论坛第九届部长级会议的贺信中指出，新冠肺炎疫情发生以来，中国和阿拉伯国家风雨同舟、守望相助，坚定相互支持，开展密切合作，这是中阿命运与共的生动写照。

　　President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the 9th ministerial meeting of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum. China and Arab states have offered mutual assistance and staunch support to each other, and engaged in close cooperation since the COVID-19 outbreak, Xi said, noting this is a vivid illustration of China and Arab states sharing weal and woe.

　　中国-阿拉伯国家合作论坛第九届部长级会议于7月6日召开。由于全球正遭受新冠肺炎疫情冲击，原定在约旦首都安曼举行的本届会议通过视频连线的方式进行。在当前这一特殊时期，中阿双方能够按既定会期召开会议，充分体现了牢不可破的中阿关系。

　　成立于2004年的中阿合作论坛是中阿友好交往史上的一座里程碑。过去20年，中阿合作水平实现战略性提升。特别是近16年来，双方合作领域不断拓展，论坛框架下先后设立并运行了超过15个合作机制，涵盖政治、经济、文化、新闻等多个领域，为双方带来了切实利益。中阿合作论坛已经成为推动中阿关系发展的重要平台。
